Strike Pro founder and CEO Michael Tsai, enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. In 1973 Michael began working with fishing groups and other outdoors organizations in Taiwan to help fishing become entertaining and popular. During that period, he devoted his time to developing allkinds of fishing lures for Pro Anglers to try. Due to the limited technology and resources of the time, it was very time and labor intensive to produce the products.
In 1984, he decided to go abroad and view the trade shows. He understood quality could not be achieved unless you open your mind and accept the challenge. At the same time, he started to hire professional art experienced pro anglers to create different lures for specific species of fish. So far, He has produced 485 different models with 4,000 different colors.
