How do I place an order ?
Click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button after you make your selection if there is product option to choose from. The shopping cart window will appear showing your cart contents. You can update the cart at any time by changing the quantity of "Change QTY" button, or remove an item in the shopping cart. Click on the “Checkout” button when you finished shopping, or "Continue Shopping" to add more items into your cart. How can I cancel an order ?
If the order not yet been ship out, then you can cancel it by email us at sales@knkfishing.com. You may also use Contact Us form to inform us. Kindly include your order number which you wish to cancel in the email. After completely cancel the order, full refund will be made to you. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled if already processed shipment. |
