How do I place an order ?
Click the “add to cart” button after you decided to buy the items. The 2CO shopping cart will appear in another window. You can update the cart at any time by changing the quantity or deleting an item in the shopping cart. Click on the “Save and Checkout” button when you finished shopping, 2CO system will then guide you through to enter all required information. If you lose the shopping cart at anytime just click on the “View Cart” button at the top of the page.

How can I cancel an order ?
If the order not yet been ship out, then you can cancel it by email us at sales@knkfishing.com. You may also use Contact Form to inform us. Kindly include your order number which you wish to cancel in the email. After completely cancel the order, full refund will be made to you.

Can I order an item which you don’t listed on your website ?
Yes, kindly contact us if you’re looking for any fishing reel which you can’t find or see it at our website. We will try our best to source it out for you.

Do you supply wholesale for your products ?
Yes, we do supply in bulk quantity for special wholesale pricing. Besides, we can also act as drop shipper on behalf of your company, which we deliver the product directly to your customer doorstep.

We ship your orders via the fast and reliable express courier service either through FedEx or DHL. We might also use Standard Airmail, for small or light weight products or the item(s) is without any handling charges.

How long does the delivery takes ?
All orders will dispatch within 24 - 72Hrs after payment is received unless the item is a back ordered item. Express Courier Service will usually take within 3 to 7 working days to arrive for most countries. Whereas Standard Airmail take around 7 - 21 working days depending on the delivery destination.

How much is the shipping charges ?

Do I have to pay import duties ?
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. However, most of our customers from USA & Australia were not imposed for any import duties.

What if my item is a back ordered item ?
In case if your order item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the estimated of stock arrival time. You can then decide to wait for the new stock or exchange to other models or cancel the order.

Do you sell used or refurbished products ?
Unless specified clearly, all fishing reels are brand new which we received the stock from respective distributor directly. We want you to have full confidence in us and our products. Thus, we will never send you an used or factory second products.

Does your products covered by manufacturer warranty ?
Yes, all fishing reels purchased from us will have full one year warranty services covered by KnKFishing. These warranty does not cover claims for problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, neglect or saltwater emersion.

What is your return policy ?
KnKFishing gladly to offer 30 Days Money Back Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, simply return it within 30 days for a refund (shipping and handling charges will NOT be refund). The returned item must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if any applicable. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
