1) We process shipment from Monday to Friday except public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 24 - 72Hrs after payment is received. Express Courier Service will usually take within 3 to 5 working days to arrive for most countries and 3 to 7 working days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. Whereas Standard Mail takes from 7 - 21 days depending on the delivery location.
2) We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses via express courier services. However, we can send by Standard Airmail to P.O. BOX/Military Base addresses.
3) It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, there will be additional charges of US$5.00 for address correction.
4) In the case if your delivery location is an Extended Delivery Area by our courier services, there will be additional $20.00 charges. The charges will be fully borned by customer.
5) After your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.
6) All express shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in your post box informing you the branch and its address.
7) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from KnKFishing charges and are made payable to your government. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information
8) The total shipping charges will be the Base Shipping Fee + Item Handling Fee. Items Handling fees is calculate based on the weight of an item. Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the total shipping charges when you checkout. We reserved the rights to send your items via Standard Airmail for small, light weight products or the item(s) is without any handling charges.
