Okuma's big game Titus Gold reels have been constructed to withstand the harshest punishment possible by being constructed with machine cut stainless steel gearing and a rigid one-piece machined aluminum frame. The TG series features up to 5 HPB's for ultimate corrosion resistance, smoothness and maximum free spool. Combine this with our super smooth new Carbonite drag system, we have incorporated the ingredients for a tournament grade fish stopping machine. The incredible heat dissipating properties of our Carbonite drag washers allow friction to decrease as drag pressure and speed increases.
Expanding on our success, we have developed three new models for 2005. The compact 10 size reels will be available in 2-speed, high speed and levelwind models. These reels have been highly anticipated for hardcore anglers fishing braided line, looking to land trophy sized fish on small tackle. In addition, Okuma is introducing a new low profile clicker design and a new oversized ergonomic handle design for maximum fishing comfort for our 2005 model TG-10S, TG-10L , TG-15S and TG-15L models.
